His passion was Building Construction. He worked Road Construction for several years, and then spent 30 years employed as Foreman for Harold Ford, Inc. building Commercial Metal Buildings. Many of the former Big M buildings from West Virginia to the Thousand Islands had Paul as a Foreman during their construction. At 88 Years young he bossed his final job, the remodeling of the old restaurant building in Knoxville PA converting them into offices for Penn York Accounting & Tax Service, Inc.

Paul was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed hunting. When he was no longer able to trek in the woods, he got his share of deer from his tree stand sitting in the upstairs window over the back lawn. He loved to read, and spent many hours deep in Louis Lamoure Westerns. He was a great story teller and could go on for hours, and his jokes could go on for days. He loved music and enjoyed kicking up the evening dancing the night away. He could often be found in the garage tearing apart a motor or tractor, or at an auction buying box lots of “stuff” that would be so useful later on.

He is survived by his wife of 28 wonderful years, Vicki (Kinner) Willis, whom he married on July 23, 1988 at the Community of Christ Church in Greenwood, NY, His brothers William (Becky) Willis of Bath, NY and Lloyd Willis of Westfield, PA.
